Summer Art Camp 2014

Seriously Fun Art
Join us for some serious fun where artists will have a great time creating while stretching their imagination. We’ll draw, paint, splatter, shape, blend, and sculpt in a variety of media as we explore 2 and 3D art. Penny Coffman leads this week long art camp. Students receive plenty of positive feedback and encouragement. Dress for mess! All supplies provided.
June 23 – 27 Grade: K – 5 9am-12pm
Registration $150 Supply Fee $35 due on the first day of class
Tweens & Teens Summer Camp
Each day the students experience interactive guided lessons followed by open studio time. Students can experiment with new techniques, try different styles of art making and then have the opportunity to apply those lessons to their own individual artwork. Penny Coffman leads this class. Students can expect a variety of lessons in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of positive feedback. This is a great way to tap into your creative side and dabble in several different media.
Jr. High and High School 1-4pm June 23 – 27
Registration $150 Supply fee $45 due on the first day of class
Resist!
Another new art lesson. A collaboration between the two Thursday classes; Seriously Fun Art class and the Open Studio for Tweens & Teens. This time using a black background and a resist to create paintings with flair. These pieces even get a water bath as part of the big finish! Continue reading
